Project Progress and Success

The Strathmore Teacher Enhancement Programme (STEP) has successfully conducted teacher training sessions across East and West Africa, making a positive impact in countries such as Liberia, Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Kenya. In Kenya specifically, STEP has organized impactful training sessions in various counties, including Nairobi, Kitui, Machakos, Meru, Makueni, Turkana, and Bungoma.

We are proud to share that these efforts have directly benefited a substantial number of educators, with over 8000 teachers having participated and gained valuable insights and skills through our training programs.
